Soy Nevenka

In the year 2000, Nevenka Fernández, a 24-year-old councilor of Finance in the Ponferrada City Council, suffers an unrelenting persecution from the mayor, a man used to getting his way both politically and personally. Nevenka decides to report him, even though she knows she will have to pay a very high price: her surroundings do not support her, the society of Ponferrada turns its back on her, and the media subject her to a public trial.
